Ok, maybe old news but hell, when I first heard that you can check road traffic conditions in Malaysia.. I was so excited! Immediately went on Google Maps to test it out! Chose the most familiar route I know that would always be hella jam!
Announced about 2 weeks ago, Google Malaysia launched this new feature and weeeee! we can now see traffic updates in major parts of the Klang Valley in real time. I would think it's definitely a great feature especially for a human like me who has to use a cab most of the time.. well sometimes... LOL! Well, even when I drive... I'd wanna stay clear away from any jams!
Ever since I moved to KL, Google Maps has been a dear friend to me whenever I am to venture out to some place I've never been. I used to memorize every turn. *For days, I get to borrow a car to drive around this crazy city! =P
It's been 2 years and I'm pretty ok with PJ and KL city. So, I've been visiting Google Maps less frequently than I used to. But now! Google Maps has given me a reason to go back to the site more often! Or even on my phone!

BLACK RED DOT - crazy stuck jam
RED – slowww
YELLOW– moving jam
GREEN – no traffic jam whatsoever.. speed right through
I've tried it and yea.. I sorta know which roads always jammed up.
So, I guess you can say that it is quite accurate. =)
Occasionally, I still go back to Twitter to check on traffic updates.
You can never be too certain. =P
