Runaway Bride

What a week. =) I had a long fun week. Good news from E&Y came on Tuesday. Fashion show event with my darling, April in it was weird but wee hee! which fashion show is ever normal. =P Hehe! After party was small but at least I had fun with the pool table! I realized that even though I might be a bit rusty in playing pool, no practice in a few years does not affect my sklils at all. I still won at least a game out of 2! hahaha!

Yesterday, I had another weird day. LoL! I was a BRIDE for 8 hours!! Hahaha! Well, at least LOOKED like a bride. Steven Sunny, the make-up artist gave me a bridal gown to pull off. I have only one thing to say about it. When I get married, I have to have more meat on me!! Hahha! Eat more and be more of a pig! Must!

Met some really nice people and goodness the audience paid RM388 each to watch the workshop! OMG! That is a lot of $$$! I was the model@genuine pig for the first category of Steven Sunny's Image Workshop. Us models managed to learn some tips on applying make-up too! Mr. Steven is good at what he does. It is no wonder why he is one of the Top 10 Make-up Stylist in Malaysia and is internationally recognized in the make-up industry. Not only does he specializes in make-up. He loves designing his own costumes and combining all kind of wigs into a masterpiece. He is jack-of-all-traits! Everything he can do! 

For now, I don't have much to show but just for Halloween's sake, I'm gonna scare you with this! Too bad I don't have the Geisha's picture! I'll have it soon! Wee~!

Overjoyed!!

I'm so happy to the point I feel scared! Haha! I got accepted for an internship program with one of the 'Big Four' firms! I thank God for the opportunity! I am so gonna make full use of this opportunity to learn as much as I can. Proper working hours too! Say goodbye to my holidays though.. =( But at least I still have my weekends.

Oh, happy day! I wanna go celebrate! Tonight! Woohoo! After a fashion show! I've got an invitation to dine and watch the show! 



L'oreal Paris Hair Stylist, Mr. Steven Sunny has worked with Amber Chia and Tin Tan. OMg.. his expectations from a catwalk model is really high. If you think you've got what it takes, show him and he'll be the judge. He's a very honest and straightforward person. I guess its his job to be scrupulous. It is after all his career.

If not, its like wasting my time!

Then when people give honest feedbacks or opinions?
Cannot take it.
Make it as if kena damn insulted, hurt ego.
Cis... at least its to help you better yourself.
Tapi? Take it so defensively.

I believe everything can be settled peacefully and rationally....
Before its too late, people should just take a minute, breathe a little...

Seriously~ A Gingerbread House!

Interested in affordable nice cosy place to hang out? Go check out The GingerBread House. It belongs to my friend's sister. It is a combination of a bakery and cafe. Specializes in healthy pastries and cakes. My friend, Kenneth had informed me about the idea earlier this year. I had even volunteered to be their food taster. Though my services were not used. LoL!

I was at the opening ceremony, tasting cakes and tarts. Hehe! The fruit tart is amazing. The cheese practically melts in the mouth. I highly recommend the Ice Blended Oreo. Its their specialty. Kenneth made sure that I get a taste of it. LoL! Met Norman there too. He was trying to get as many Josephians for the opening ceremony but most couldn't make it.

Check it, the place even has WiFi for Internet fanatics! So you can get pastries in the front, order a nice drink, chill and surf the Internet. =)  Very affordable too.  It is a nice place to hang out. Go check it out if you're in the neighbourhood. =)

Swinburne Prom Night 2008: Memories of Romance

Am behind schedule. Yes.. I know. Let me just go through briefly how prom was like this year.Comparing this year and last year, I'll admit.. I had a much better time this year. Minus the fact that I am the Prom Queen this year.

Swinburne Prom was held in Sarawak Chamber, Crowne Plaza. Our table was at a very strategic place. =P I enjoyed my company that night. Even our direct neighbour, Tiong Yieng's table next to us was so kewl! LoL! =)Its important to be around kewl, fun people to enjoy yourself. =P

All in all, I enjoyed myself very much. There is much to appreciate from that night. =) The support I have from friends and strangers. The support I have from my date (though he was really busy working and attending to me). It was a fun night. Seriously fun.. even after the After Party at Senso, Hilton. LOL~ =) What A NiGHT~
