What Gets Attention

In this so called 'small' part of the world, I can tell you what gets the most attention. It takes any of these stated below to have everyone talking.

We all love gossips.
We make them, we spread them.
We all feed the chain,
Participating in a circle,
A circus of information,
Whether we want to admit it or not.

Isn't it true? We love to hear about a downfall of anyone but ourselves. We pay more attention when it comes to negativity. We leech on the common ground we find while indirectly being the source of the information. Anyone can commit a minor indiscretion and generate a day's worth of buzz, but in order for gossips to birth the truth it requires the right person to be in the wrong place.

Speak of the Devil and he doth appear.
Disguised in everything nice.
Watch out for his flames of fire.

So What's New?

First week of a whole new semester. First class of the semester turns out to be a class which no longer existed. The University suddenly chose to delete that subject from the syllabus. Luckily, I had more than enough sleep for that 8.30am class. If not, I'd be furious to have me wake up early for a class which didn't exist.

I'm taking yet another 4 subjects.

• Contract Law
• eBusiness

Nope, they don't sound fun. Scary stuff. I found a new habit which is supposedly good for the trees, my ink cartridge and my memory. Going through my lecture notes days before the topic and mortifying it into my own in which I minus all the unnecessary graphics. Keeping it simple and clean. =P Kiasu-ness to the MAX? hahha! I have a new goal this semester and I have someone to make sure I fulfill that goal~ =P Wish me luck!!

Hokkien

If you are from Kuching, it is most probably important that you know Hokkien. Hokkien is a Chinese dialect commonly used among the locals in Kuching. Here's a lame joke but educational at the same time. Read it out loud, its much more fun! =)

I'm done for. This is it. A long day has finally come to an end. I've done enough talking for today. Going in and out of the house is tiring, not to mention the distance I walked. Apparently, memory lane is a long path. Well, walking never does kill anyone. A fruitful day. =) I like being unpredictable. So either live with it or Run Along and Play Alone. I'm done here. This is the point where I stop. My point. Like I always say, it is not a necessity. Good luck, good riddance, good bye. =)

I'm tired...

My last few days of holidays and here I am feeling tired. Crazy.. I'm supposed to be all well rested and ready to start a whole new semester! I have been sleeping at least 8 hours a day but totally weird hours. Its pretty quiet here if you know what I mean.




Maybe the tiredness is from thinking too much. I needa change my lifestyle 180 degrees, man or else I'm gonna turn into some crazy. So the idea is.. keep away from everything harmful or might jeopardize my senses. Have to stay stable. LoL! I don't even stand well. Hahaha! Clumsy me!

Its time to grow up. There is just nothing such as cool or uncool. The outcome of your years in Uni will be uncool if you're unable to even achieve anything in life. So set your damn priority straight and work your plans. Everything else can wait~




So what have I lined up for the last few days of holidays? Just catching up with people. =) I'm going down memory lane tomorrow morning. That is if I wake up to do that walk! Something I want to do on my own. Let's hope it doesn't rain. Have a nice weekend, everyone!

New word I learn.. Brrr.. Hahaha! My LAN exam results just came out. Brrr~ I shouldn't have joked with my mum bout the results cause it came out exactly like what I joked about. Damn~ But at least I don't need to re-do the whole thing again! So I can fully enjoy my 3 months holiday this year END! Woooot~!! Or maybe work~ Haha! Brrr.....

All Single's Day

How come there isn't an ALL SINGLE'S DAY? We have:

• Happy Valentine's Day,
• Happy Father's Day,
• Happy Mother's Day,
• Happy Teacher's Day....

Why not HAPPY SINGLE's DAY or ALL SINGLE'S DAY or HAPPY BACHELOR'S DAY?? Daniel said maybe I should come up with a story and then announce a date as Happy Single's Day. Hahaha! I'll go down in history as the chick who came up with Happy Single's Day.

Everyone could celebrate being single and have booze all around. Seriously! Even on Single's Day, you might meet someone interesting! You never know! Hahaha! Like have an ALL Single's Bash Party~! Have activities and games. Uber fun! Hahha~! Ok, enough said. I can dream on more later in my sleep.

So if Naomi does announce an All Single's Day would anyone join me? LoL! Hahhaa!

Post Valentine's Day

So how it go for all of you? I would say, this year's Valentine's day was very different and weird for me in a way. Well, maybe a good way? I don't even know how to react. I have so much to be grateful for and I just don't know how to show my appreciation. Or maybe I don't know what is the right thing to do... Never come across situations like that before. I don't know what else to say.. but..

THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING.

Freedom!! Haaha! I know.. totally out of topic but I ended my last paper with such a BIG KABOOM even I scare myself. LoL! Haaha! But it was totally crazy of me anyway. At times like these I'm glad I am NOT A SHY person. LOL!

Crazy shit I did:

• Only got to Uni 10 minutes before the start of the exam paper.
• Totally forgot my pencil case when in actual fact I know I did bring it but because it fell under the seat of the car, I thought I had forgotten it.
• No time to drive home to get my pencil case, so forget it.. rushed to the examination hall in hopes of meeting a friend and borrow a pen, AT LEAST!
  
• No one around, everyone seems to be inside seated!
• Saw a guy walking towards the door, me with super thick skin asked him if I could borrow a pen. He said.. "My things are all inside already, try borrow from people next to you?"
• Then I said its ok.. will figure out something and he went in first.
• I had to walk all the way to the front to put my bag down. So I saw the guy earlier seated and on his table there were like 4-5 pens. I just took one and walk. The moment I turned back to walk to the back, I smiled at him hoping he's ok with it. So he just smiled back.
• Sat for the 3 hour paper BUT finished it in 35 MINUTES! Haahaha! I was the 3rd person to leave the hall.
  
• Having to walk back to the front to get my bag. Quickly put his pen on his table and while walking back to the back, smiled again another time to show appreciation for letting me take his pen non-voluntary! =P
• But I saw him 1 hour later at the office and thanked him gratefully for his pen.

Horrible le me? Simply only. Don't know people just take pen. HAHHA! Even I shock myself. But I guess in desperate cases, desperate measures are taken! Hahaha! See la, rush again and last minute la! Hahha! Now that I'm done with LAN. I smell FREEDOM!! Temporary only~ Rar!

Wishing everyone Happy Valentine's Day!~! Be it single or not single, celebrate it! You hear me?? Don't be alone on this day that is super commercialized only to make you feel left out and lonely!! Find friends and treat yourself to a nice meal, you deserve it!! =) There is nothing wrong in being single! It is no crime at all. BE HAPPY!!

The Pain of Rejection

Its funny how when your body rejects something internally. It is just amazing how your organs work in such a way that it knows when it has to reject something bad. I had the worst 2 hours of my life. The pain and rejection from within myself. Crazy!

So much for eating all that yummy food in that restaurant. Apparently my sensitive stomach chose to hate all the food I ate while others who ate the same food had no problem at all.

I actually wish I would have just fainted from all that pain. At least when you're out, you won't feel a thing. I was so paranoid that it was appendicitis!! Well, if it was.. that would mean I need to be in the hospital to have my appendix surgically removed and that means to stay overnight in the hospital yet again. *get to escape exams?* LoL!

I had the same encounter just 2 weeks ago. Just that, that rejection was from my brain. It also took 2 hours to wear off. It seems my body is rejecting a lot of stuff lately. That is bad. I don't like sensitive tummy~~ Especially when eating is my favourite hobby! LoL!

It Is Never Too Late

There is this song, Apologize by Timbaland feature One Republic. I'm sure most of you know it. It was my favourite song for a moment. But as much as I liked the song especially the part "it's too late to apologize", I've come to realize that it is JUST never too late to apologize. Especially when you mean it.

I finally admitted to a huge mistake I made about a year ago. At least the cat is out of the bag now. I am very sorry for what I did. Well, what is done is done. I can't change that fact. I guess, I just had to come clean back then. I know it took me a whole year to finally gain the courage to apologize but better late than never, yea? I am glad that we are able to remain friends. =)

Making mistakes is a part of life, I guess. I've done many mistakes and I am probably still making em'!! (like typing this at 5am!)I guess, it is ONLY HUMAN to make mistakes. The idea is to learn from those mistakes and NOT make the same mistakes AGAIN! *note to self* LOL

I've got a 2 GRAND paper tomorrow. How much I dislike the ADMIN? Quite a lot. To put exams right after CNY. Thank goodness it is before Valentine's Day! LoL!

Travel Competition

Remember awhile back in November I wrote this post "The Pangkor Sandy Sessionz; Why I Deserve To Win...."? The result of the contest just came out yesterday on Advertlets.com.
