Super super long post ahead. Plus huge load of pictures. =P Hehe~ So only read on if you are too free. Hahha!!

No flash....

With the flash....
**Somehow the one without flash is much more clear compared to the one with the flash one~

Woke up at 7am on Sunday to go to Church. After mass, we went to have breakfast at Kenyalang and went home. After breakfast, we went home and I got the camera out. Mum and I went to UNIMAS to meet Dr. San San. She's a doctor working in the UNIMAS clinic. She's from Myanmar.

This year is a very international year for me. I've been meeting people from many different country. First of, I met the Australians. Of course, then there was Indonesians and people from the Middle East. And then I hung out with a Korean girl. A month later, stayed overnight at the beach with a Japanese lady who was my sister's colleague. Now, a Myanmar lady. =) Have yet to hang out with a British?? =P I love British films, their accent is like.. music to my ears. =P

Big empty space....

Golf course right outside the University...

And a lake??? When weather too hot, jump IN and have a swim! =P

Funny, water tank... =P

Looky at the SKY!

Anyways, so we hung out in her clinic for awhile. Mum talked to her about a lot of stuff that I didn't pay attention to since I was busy snapping away. Sakai people playing with everything. Its not everyday that I get to play with everything in a doctor's room, ya know.. Whenever I go to see a doctor it is only that I am really ill. By then, who has the mood to play with anything??

She then brought us to see her house and the jetty. After which we had lunch at a place called Oren's. Reminded me of West Malaysia malay place style. Got home around 2.30pm. I had been sweating so much since the weather was so hot. First thing got home, I took a cold cold shower~ When I got out of the bathroom, Angel was already on the way. So I rushed and got ready to go out again.

We went to pick up Puppy and went to Sunny Hill for ice creams. We saw so many sekias. Wahai~ Nowadays, we pick on sekias so much. Goodness me~~ But sometimes what you see just don't add up. Like a young little girl out with some guy who is maybe 5-10 years older??? When I was younger, I never bothered with older guys. Ya know why?? Cause to me, they can't get someone their own age so they prey on young girls~

Angel had dropped me to meet a friend. I had the privilege of being the first few to be in an ICEBAR. The ICEBAR can go down to -5 degrees celcius. The ICEBAR is the first in Kuching. They have recently just finish setting it up and its only partially done. By next month, the icebar should be fully operational. We had to wear winter jackets to enter. We were inside for maybe 45 minutes? Talking! Haha! My fingers, nose and toes were freezing cold!!

Now there is a reason to wear boots and winter jackets in Kuching. HAhaha! Only problem they are having now is that the glass window may not be able to withstand the difference in temperature between each side. Cold on the inside, hot on the outside. The glass may just break on its on. They are still figuring out that part. The only rule in the ICEBAR is that, it is only reserved for VODKA shots. STRICTLY NO BEERS ALLOWED.

Condensation on the glass window...

Smirnoff~

We started drinking at 5pm all the way til 10pm. Don't worry, yomi controls the amount of alcohol consumption she takes. In actual fact, I was very fine that night. Surprisingly. No sign of tipsyness or wooziness. =P Got home and in less than 5 minutes, my brother came home with Jason saying they wanna catch a movie. So I followed em to watch TRANSFORMERS. We were hoping maybe to catch the 10.30pm or 11.30pm but when we got to the counter. Everything was full and the only showtime which still had good seats was 12.45am. So we agreed on it.

2 hours of waiting was spent on walking around Waterfront. Looking at weird couples and boats?? Haha! We even went to hang out in Hilton. =P Hahaha! Since the whole day I didn't manage to go online, I used the computer provided in Hilton. Weehehe~ We were there for almost 40minutes until finally we walked back to Star Cineplex.

I saw this one girl with very nice, sexy, long legs!! So I asked Jason to look at her. This was how our conversation went:

yomi: Look at that girl. Not cold ar... wear so short?
Jason: No la, not cold.. sexy mah...
yomi: Ya hor.. sexy.. so hot... SO HOT!! No wonder not cold!!

And then I told my brother to look.

yomi: Look at that girl wear so short...
tony: NOT A GIRL LA!
yomi: har?? you sure??
jason: i go check...
(jason started walking closer to her and her friend, came back... and said)
jason: really, not girl~

PENGZ!! She/He looked so pretty ok! Wear hotpants, heels, fully make-up... she/he even had.. boobs?? I couldn't take a picture of her/him. Wouldn't wanna risk getting into trouble. =P But foo~ She is pretty. Only her voice very MAN! Her/His nickname that night was "SO HOT". =P

Transformers is like the BEST! Even better than Matrix!! I like Bumblebee!! He is so cute!! What do you guys think about LadiesMan217??!! =P He's kinda cute. A bit noobish but adorable~ Awww~ =P They put so much attention on the Mikaela's boobs though. *sigh...

Transformers is about a 2 robots world going after a CUBE. The Autobots and the Decepticons. Sam Witwicky a.k.a. LadiesMan217 had bought a car which turns out to be a robot, Bumblebee. Decepticons were like war stuff.... a F-22 Jet, Army Tank, Military Helicopter but a radio?? Hahha~! Autobots were all car stuff.. 18 Wheeler, Camaro, Pontiac Solstice...

Action packed! Plus the movie has a funny sense of humour too!! The movie finally ended at 3.30am. By then, I was so tired. My contact lenses were getting irritating on my eyes. I kept so quiet that my brother thought I was unhappy. Hahaha! We finally only reached home at 4am. And no, mum didn't wait. She didn't even call. That is how much she trusts my brother. *sigh.... So technically, I was out from 7am - 4am. Hahaha! crazy~~

WHAT A DAY~

The answer to the ice bar’s window trouble is insulated glazing unit. It really is just 2 panels of glass put together with a very small (if any) gap between them. Usually used in cold climates; benefits are as mentioned, moderating the temperature and blocks out some sound. For more info, go here:

wooo... anonymous... thanks for the info. will try to let the
owner of the bar know of it. But
its going to be a bit hard to
explain in hokkien~ =P

Well, just tell him/her in the most basic way possible.. Draw a diagram to help explain the physics of it. Maybe show him/her the web link i put there. I think it's also known as 'double glazing'. I'll ask my friends what it's called in hokkien.
